Our laboratory is built for researching, developing and testing new materials and new processes in hot tub production, providing technical support for manufacturing.
The heated acrylic sheet is covered with a hot tub mold. Then it fits tightly to the mold surface through vacuuming, thus forming the desired shape.
Here, we use glass fiber and resin to reinforce the hot tub, making it more durable and endowing it with additional thermal insulation functions.
It is set for drilling and polishing hot tubs. This not only gives the hot tub a smooth surface, but also provides precise positions for installing its plumbing components (e.g., nozzles, drains, return lines).
The technical team designs and installs the water supply, drainage, circulation and other piping systems of the hot tub in this workshop. They assess whether the piping layout and connections are reasonable and firm.
We conduct water tests and electricity tests on the installed hot tubs to evaluate their sealing performance, piping connections and the safety of the electrical system.
For the finished hot tubs ready to leave the factory, we always conduct comprehensive inspections, including appearance, dimensions, functions, etc. Because we hope that every product meets the quality standards and customers' usage requirements.
At this stage, our employees will use high thermal insulation materials and sewing techniques to sew the hot tub's thermal insulation cover.
This is a clean and tidy area for storing finished hot tubs that have passed inspection. Here we pack the tubs with a series of protective materials, including the EPE+foam +cardboard+shrink wrap+pallet. Then we load them onto a transportation vehicle.
