We built one of the longest vacuum ovens in the world for the production of a 12-meter long pool spa. We also produced:

• 1 state-of-the-art 6-meter vacuum oven for regular hydrotherapy pools
• 2 3-meter automatic vacuum ovens for regular hydrotherapy pools
• 1 intelligent manual vacuum oven for special hydrotherapy pools

And this is because we own a series of professional production equipment. For example, we introduced four robots to spray fiberglass and two to drill jet holes. A new 11m 5-axis CNC machine from CMS in Italy is utilized to trim, drill and polish large swimming spas. Moreover, EMS, RGV and AGV transporting systems are in use to transfer the spas and shells among different stations.
