Products Description
Our hot and cold plunge is specifically designed for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and wellness lovers to relieve body inflammation and pain. It combines the muscle - calming effect of cold water immersion with the soothing function of hot water through two separate hot and cold water zones, helping you improve blood circulation and restore your body's vitality.
In addition, we use acrylic material that is corrosion - resistant, resistant to UV damage, and wear - resistant to manufacture it. The plunge is also equipped with anti - slip floor mats, handrails, and ergonomic seats to ensure safety and comfort.
In the cold plunge's cold - water bath area, there is a set of advanced inverter chillers. This chiller unit is designed to cool water and works in a similar way to the cooling function of an air conditioner, including:
(1) Heat Absorption:
The warm water in the spa pool is pumped into the chiller unit and flows through the evaporator coils filled with refrigerant. The refrigerant in the coils absorbs the heat from the water to quickly cool the water.
(2) Refrigerant Circulation:
The heated refrigerant gas is compressed by a high - efficiency compressor, generating temperature and pressure, and then enters the condenser coils.
A fan blows ambient air over the coils to dissipate the absorbed heat into the environment.
Finally, the refrigerant cools the hot gas and condenses it into a liquid, passing through an expansion valve to reduce pressure and temperature.
(3) Water Circulation:
The chilled water is pumped back to the spa and continuously circulates in the system to maintain the desired temperature.
Come and experience relaxation and comfort in our cold plunge, and invest in your health today.

FAQ
Q: Are you a manufacturer?
A: We specialize in manufacturing hot tubs, swimming spas, roto-molded spas, and spa covers for more than twenty years. We have grown to become one of the leading hot tub manufacturers globally.
Q: Can you do OEM and ODM?
A: Yes, both OEM and ODM services are available.
Q: Can we use our own logo?
A: Yes, we can print your private logo as requested.
Q: Can you do our own packaging?
A: Yes, simply provide your package design, and we will produce it accordingly. We also have professional designers who can help with packaging design.
Q: How many different types of products does your company manufacture?
A: We offer more than 100 products, including hot tubs, swim spas, roto spas, cold plunge tubs, and spa covers.
Q: What is the difference between a roto-molded spa and an acrylic spa?
A: 1.Materials: Roto-molded spas are made from LLDPE plastic, while acrylic spas are made from PMMA.
2.Production Process: Roto-molded spas are formed through the roto-molding process, which involves melting plastic resin and rotating it in a mold until it solidifies. Acrylic spas are formed using heated acrylic sheets molded in a vacuum.
3.Price: Typically, roto-molded spas are cheaper than acrylic spas.
Q: What do roto-molded spas and acrylic spas have in common?
A: Both roto-molded and acrylic spas are extremely durable, with lifespans of up to 20 years. Roto-molded spas are made from a single piece of plastic, meaning there are no seams or joints that could weaken over time. Acrylic spas are reinforced with fiberglass on the back, making both types of spas exceptionally durable.
Q: What is the lowest achievable temperature for the chiller tub (ice tub, cold plunge, cold water tub, ice plunge pool)?
A: 5-6 degrees Celsius.
